With all the anguish and outrage around here, constant site checking, calling customer service and best buy over and over..... The headache better be worth it. I'm sure it is but it's funny because in a few months the same people will have outrage over another device showing how this device isn't that important to us. Just an terrible, terrible addiction that we need help LOL. Good luck to all.

P.S. looks like Verizon has the opportunity to look good since they already gave a later date while everyone else has to suffer the embarrassment of not being able to deliver. They can blame it on supply/demand but they couldn't get 1 phone in stock for tomorrow? I guess it's all or nothing LOL.

Verizon reps on the phone still refuse to answer what the ship date is, they play the dumb card and don't answer your question.

I think people are getting worked up because Verizon has yet to give a definitive answer while other Companies (Sprint) have started to ship their phones to people who pre ordered

apparently only the 16GB version. There's a post on the front page that says the 32's are delayed for sprint.

I do agree with this. But they did give a date on our preorders. That's good enough for me since I preordered. I'd probably be a little upset if I wanted to buy in store or reserved for store pickup and not know a date.

Trust me, this is the exact same thing that iPhone and iPad purchasers do every year. People constantly calling Apple for status updates and checking the website and then calling again.

Wife wanted a ipad3 for birthday so I pre-ordered one and am seeing the exact same threads and postings here as I did elsewhere for the ipad3 launch. People were even calling Apple pretending to be mad to get free stuff because someone posted that apple offered them a free leather smartcover for being inconvenienced for not having their order status updated DAYS before the ipad3 was even due to be shipped.

Not sure why everyone is treating the Galaxy S3 release circumstances as unique. I am anxiously awaiting 4 Galaxy S3 phones for family but I know better than to go all mental.

This is what I can remember with the Tbolt...they refused to give an official date..and they weren't even taken pre orders for the longest time..

I remember there were batches of rumors that it was gonna be early February. Best Buy started taking pre orders on Feb 6 or somewhere around there WITHOUT knowing when it was coming out or even the PRICE. I remember going to Verizon store and they didn't even know BB was taking pre orders. Still had no idea on price or time table going into late February.

OH, and Best Buy was advertising that the phone was being released and able to buy around Feb 21 (i remember this because I was supposed to go on a cruise that Thursday) they were like yea, it's coming out this week! Pre Order now! Never came

This is why I will never buy or listen to what BB people said, I remember a bunch of people pre ordering the phone thinking they were getting it then because that's what their invoice/ticket said, and day came and went without a phone...didn't update people til after the day

I followed the build up to the release but got burnt out on all the delays that I never tried to pre-order. I ended up buying it on a one-year contract, about one week before VZW terminated that option. Only reason I pre-ordered SGSIII is to lock in my unlimited data. Otherwise I'd be waiting another few months to upgrade. It would be nice to get this phone early but I'm planning for the 7/9 ship date.
