This place is dead - 4.4.3 discussion?

This place has turned into a morgue...news out yesterday that we are getting 4.4.3 and no discussion? Has everyone left the room and forgot to close the door or is this such an insignificant bump that nobody cares? I kind of miss the days of endless pre-release excitement and bickering about release timing (followed of course by endless complaints about how the upgrade screwed up your Precious.)

Hmmmn...manually pulled mine and it downloaded, the download window closed, and nothing else happened, it didn't install.

I got a failed to download on mine. I cant get it to manually update either. Anybody know how to force an update to the phone.

I wouldn't say that I miss it, but it did always keep the threads rolling. The thing is that a lot of the people on other carriers are reaching their 22 months or whatever their carrier requires for upgrade, and are looking towards the next Precious. The question is what is everyone looking forward to as far as a new device? What sounds good out there on the horizon?

Minor changes to the UI, addition of Extreme Power Saving mode (finally), some bug fixes, and although I don't see it in the Vzw info, security enhancements that are part of 4.4.4.

The ESP is kinda worthless. I'll try it some more but not impressed. Then yesterday it took forever for my phone to charge. Woke up this morning at 70%. Restated the phone, cause that ain't right, and it hit 100% pretty quick. That's just odd and I hope over.

Nothing that I can prove with statistics, but my battery life seems to have gotten BETTER with 4.4.3, over the last several days I keep noticing Mt battery level through the day and thinking "hey, that's kind of a surprise" which is a good surprise after the AT&T (I think) fiasco.

did the software update. I have been having an issue with making phone calls with the sound. (the person on the other end, says they can't hear me and sound muffled). I am going to pay off the rest of my phone and then look to switch to the new Motorola X at the end of the month.

glad they finally fixed the mms w/o mobile data on. worked before kit kat and hasnt worked after.

Received my update this morning, installed without a hitch. Over the past few weeks my battery time was getting worse. Hopefully the update will help that out.
