This virus message keeps coming up on my Google Pixel. I assume it's spam.

It might help us to help you if you posted the exact message you get. (Although usually a message that says that your phone is infected with a virus, that's not coming from your anti-virus app [which you should be running] is an invitation to click on something to install a virus on your phone.)
