OK so I thought I had installed TWRP......In GooManager I clicked reset/recover so I could get to the backup menu and I am stuck on Android System recovery on my S3 for Sprint. My options are.

1. Reboot system now. (Power button doesn't allow me to do anything with this option.)
2. Apply update from ADB.
3. Apply update from external settings.
4. wipe data/factory reset. (would prefer not to do since i just rooted my phone today)
5. wipe cache partition
6. apply update from cache

Thanks so much for your help.

Quick question, you cannot select "reboot system"? What happens if you power off the device and turn it back on? If you can't get out of stock recovery you may have to flash back to stock, there are helpful instructions in the sprint s3 forum...

From the "OG" HTC 4gLTE

Long press the power button and the phone should shut off. Press it again and it should reboot bringing you back to the phone OS. If it doesn't, you'll either encounter a boot loop or be sent back to recovery (I'm guessing boot loop).

If you have any issues you'll be best off restoring factory settings as SellnCLT85 said. Check the device specific forum for that information.
