It was. However, one innovation out of the last two years just proves my point.

Expect to be underwhelmed. Google doesn't know where to go next, and jelly bean, in all its iterations, proves it.

I agree with him mostly,4.1 was to fix the lag that iOS had nailed can people say Google copied iOS in terms of fluidity? Google now,built upon Siri,nothing new. And that is a few examples

Stop it Chetan seriously. My old BlackBerry had voice search. I could tell it to play music and call people and search. All apple did was give it a name and throw some stupid gimmicks on top of it. Google Now is a much bigger undertaking in how it works and the accuracy of what is delivered. Stop arguing for the sake of arguing. You do the complete opposite on iMore.

Widgets are a FEATURE on android. They are NOT a feature on windows phones and iPhones. Does that mean that those OSes are inferior to android? No. It just means they have different features. People need to realize that not everything is cut and dry in the manner that one is better than the other. They are three different OSes. They can't be compared precisely for that reason.

I have an S4 and a One. On previous occasions I've owned a DNA, Nexus 4, Nexus 7, Nexus One, Nexus S, Galaxy Nexus, and about a dozen more. If I hated android I would not have spent thousands of my hard earned dollars buying those devices.

On the flip side, why do you hate apple so much? Why do so many users here lose their minds when apple is discussed? I mean, seriously, its like you guys flip your ***** switch and throw rational thought out the window when anything apple is discussed. Then, god forbid someone should DARE tell you you're wrong, because then its like that irrationality times a thousand. You get accused of being an android hater, that it isn't possible for you to own an android device and defend apple, and so on. Its ridiculous.

Actually, siri was an app on iOS that was quite ahead of its time. All apple did was scale it out to be used by millions and millions of users and expand its features. Its contextual search was a big deal, and its one of the things Now copied.
