Incipio Watson
Incipio Dual Pro
Otterbox Commuter

All too thick for my taste
Commuter was the best of the bunch, but not good enough

My Watson broke in two weeks.

Using a poetic pallette, which is the closest to no case.

I am a case nut, and usually end up with 30 or so cases for each one of my phones. That said, I am very particular with what case I actually decide to use. For the Moto X, the Griffin Reveal is currently the best available. It's very thin, and still maintains the Moto X's awesome feel in the hand. That is my recommendation for you, and everyone else who is looking for a decent case that doesn't bulk up or ugly up our awesome phones.

Are the sides rubberized?

I'm fine with my Diztronic TPU case.

Like my matte black diztronic tpu case generally. My one complaint would have to be that the lip asking the sides of the phone makes its near impossible to swipe from the side of the screen. I wish there was a case that had a portion of the screen without that lip.

I have the defender on and I love it. Lol. I want to get a commuter though. I prefer the plastic on the outside and something slightly thinner than this when I need to put it in a pocket.

Question for you: how is the rubber on the commuter? Is it soft and a dust magnet or is not like the newer defender series where its a hard rubber and doesn't collect any dust?

It's a hard rubber that surprisingly did not attract dust and pocket lint... Unlike the incipio dual pro

The first case I usually order is a CIMO S line TPU case. They fit well, have grippy sides and are under 10$ on Amazon. Just got my screen protector and CIMO today. I feel better with it on my Moto X!

I have the Seidio surface case and holster. It has a good grip feel on the surface of the case and keeps the phone secure in your hand without adding a lot of bulk to it.

I love the case and that's the only slight problem. It doesn't happen very often, but that's the price for having a screen that so close to the edge. However, the case protect the screen when you lay it on the screen.

I saw these today at best buy under the platinum brand. $35 for the case and holster. A bit less than Seidio.

I have the BestBuy Platinum case. I like it, good fit and feel, offers moderate amount of protection without being too thick. The holster comes in handy for me, I need it while working. Overall it's a good case.

I'm waiting for my Bear Motion sand case to come in..hopefully it serves me well.
