Commuter was the best of the bunch, but not good enough
Are the sides rubberized?I am a case nut, and usually end up with 30 or so cases for each one of my phones. That said, I am very particular with what case I actually decide to use. For the Moto X, the Griffin Reveal is currently the best available. It's very thin, and still maintains the Moto X's awesome feel in the hand. That is my recommendation for you, and everyone else who is looking for a decent case that doesn't bulk up or ugly up our awesome phones.

Like my matte black diztronic tpu case generally. My one complaint would have to be that the lip asking the sides of the phone makes its near impossible to swipe from the side of the screen. I wish there was a case that had a portion of the screen without that lip.
I have the Seidio surface case and holster. It has a good grip feel on the surface of the case and keeps the phone secure in your hand without adding a lot of bulk to it.
I saw these today at best buy under the platinum brand. $35 for the case and holster. A bit less than Seidio.
