Three way network

[Android Central Question]

Can I create a 3 way network between phones without the use of cell or 4g.

I would like a Bluetooth or wifi hot-spot connection.

I need two phones to live-streem to one device with a split-screen to view the two videos at a range of 150 meters?

Is all this possible?

Not possible. Bluetooth has a range of like 10m. The wifi hotspot on the phone has a similar range.

You possibly can with a higher power LAN router than can reach those distances, like the ones they use for infrastructure local area networks. Then you'll use a PC to act as a server, then dedicated apps that stream across local area networks. I don't know of any app that does this over LAN, so you have to build your own.

All in all it's just more convenient and cheaper to just use data.
