I had my wife pick up the Droid 2 and so sorry I did. Thing has been nothing but awful. The phone constantly hangs up during calls, has horrible reception (in the same house that my Droid X works perfectly in), and then you couple it with that god awful Froyo OS and I'm ready to throw in the towel on this one as well.

That wasn't my issue with the Droid 2 - but I understand your frustration. I've had it with MOTOROLA. After 7 of their ****ty phones that broke on me, I went with the Fascinate.

You should tell some of the Droid X die hard guys that, they think the DX is gods gift to Android, lol

The X seems to be somewhat of an exception- people seem to love those phones. Maybe they improved the X slightly, I don't know. I just know I'm never risking getting a Motorola again.
