What was wrong with the notification volume? I've not noticed any difference pre/post update.

They were simply too low. They would "fade in", as if the phone was in some sort of audio sleep mode when it'd get a text. Been that way so long that I don't even remember what update broke them. 1st GB maybe? Dunno.

I'm glad to have the clock app icon back in the drawer. I still have to tap a missed call notification twice to get rid of it however. I was hoping that would get fixed.:'(

Instead of clearing the notification by tapping it in the tray, tap the Phone button.. That will show your call history and clear the notification. Works for me every time.

I'm aware of this but I use the notification panel a lot and it's easier if I could clear it from there.
