Time before Pin lock required

Hopefully this question makes sense.

Due to the security settings my company requires, I have to have a pin lock on my phone. This has sadly taken away the use of all the fun lock screen shortcuts.

Is there a way, much like on iPhone, that you can tell the phone NOT to require the Pin code immediately after you lock the phone? To perhaps set a time limit..

Only require pin code after phone is locked for X amount of time...

Yes, I have mine set to not require a pin for 5 minutes after the screen shuts off. Otherwise there is an option that will require you to enter a PIN in if you shut your screen off with the power button.

Settings -> Lock Screen -> Lock automatically. Change this to however long you want and uncheck Lock instantly with power key.

You can also set it so you can have some of the lock screen shortcuts still on the screen .
