Time not displayed at top of phone & long press icons

I am looking for assistance with two issues. I received an update last Saturday and since then the time doesn't show at the top of the phone (see attached screenshot).

I contacted Samsung and they told me to reset my settings which did nothing other than create work for me. Also, after doing the settings reset I can no longer do a long press on the icons and see the preview and either go to it or swipe it away.

If anyone could offer assistance I'd appreciate it.

Yeah, the issue was part of QuickStar in Good Lock right?
