One slight problem that might be missed concerning notification panel clock not keeping time correctly...
if you have developer options turned on and system UI demo mode turned on as well.... system UI demo mode must be turned off in order for notification panel clock to keep current time. Had that issue with my phone, which is a Moto g stylus 5g (2022)....ever since I turned system UI demo mode off, notification panel clock now keeps accurate time.
