Timely app sync issue

App: Timely (Clock/alarm app)
Issue: Attempted to add custom alarm sound. App stopped running and returned to UI desktop. App syncs with Gmail account to share alarms, tones, etc, across all linked devices. App now stops running every time an attempt to run it is made, due to sync with incompatible/corrupted alarm sound. Uninstall/reinstall does not correct issue due to sync.
Solution needed: How to remove/delete sync data specific for Timely app, to allow app to run.
