Titanium Backup vs Clockworkmod recovery

I have clockworkmod recovery on my fascinate, and I backed up right after rooting, after moving vz/sammy bloatware to SD card, and before I installed Voodoo. Between these backups and the stock roms I feel pretty safe backing out of a jam.

Alot of people on this forum and XDA recommend titanium backup. I don't need to use the program to freeze bloatware, since I moved the files to my SD card with root explorer. Is there any other benefit to titanium backup vs using my backup roms in CWM?

Here are the situations I find Titanium useful for..

1 - Revert to a previous version of the program that is no longer available in the market.
2 - Backup applications when running the Voodoo lagfix.

Appbrain synchronizes my installs, so if I had to wipe my device, it would reinstall all my apps. It doesn't backup the settings like Titanium does, but that's minor for me. Nandroid is a very low-level backup of the device. If you want to backup your device, use Nandroid. Backing up just a few applications here and there? Titanium Backup is the best choice.

i have all my emails (5 of them) set up, i have alot of info in some of my apps, and also several notes in color note. if i flash my phone with a new rom, can titanium restore my apps after a new rom is flashed? what about all my email settings and my notes and such. basicly i want to play arround with new roms and i dont want to have to setup everything again every time a new rom comes out i wanna try/ any sugestions.

tiBackup is nice since it backs up all of the app data so after a wipe or something, you can still save the app data. I back up angry birds so every time I wipe I don't lose my progress!

Titanium stores all its backup info in a folder on your SD card. If you do a full wipe and flash a new ROM for example, just go to the market and download Titanium again and it will access everything from that folder for restores. I'd recommend it if you're flashing ROMs on a regular basis as you can re-install all your apps in one batch operation with it, or just to have the ability to backup/restore apps individually versus restoring a whole CWM backup.
