I took my Note 7 back after getting a text message to return the phone. I then bought a S7 edge. A day or 2 later, the price of the S7 edge was lowered $50. I've called customer service as well as Tmobile Force to see if they will credit me $50 to my account since I'm within my 14 window to return the phone and re-buy it at the lower price. Except they insist on charging me the $50 restocking fee which negates the discount and they won't credit the difference to my account. Maybe it's me, but this just doesn't seem right.
