Somewhere between Google and TMobile. When it's going to be sent out is usually not revealed until the carrier knows for certain. Thn your phone gets put on the list and you wait for it. (If you're lucky, you'll be so far down the list that 5.0.2 will get pulled before you're forced to accept it. Then your phone will keep working.)
