Hey everyone!

With regards to the TMobile $1000 trade in offer, but have a question regarding the qualifying service. You obviously need a Max plan to qualify, but can you downgrade back to the regular Magenta plan after a few months of getting the phone? Or will this cause you to lose the EIP credits?

It will cause the credits to stop. You have to stay on the Magenta plan for the full 24 months to keep the credits.
