To all the haters..... you suck!

Pre ordered 16g, first batch shipment. No problems at all.

Ultimate Screen Rotation took care of the home and lock screens with no added lag like some of the other orientation apps.

Good choice. I got the 8gb version cause it was the last one left. Still very happy with my purchase.

You are full of sh** dude. Walmart DOES NOT take customers receipts if you return an item. I worked for walmart for 2 years. They even have a policy about taking receipts. Ive got $1,000 bucks cash to paypal you are either A. Stupid B. Stupid and own an iPad or C. You are a die hard iSheep Fanboy. Go back to the iCrap forums.

Wal mart nowadays issues another receipt if your item was the only thing on it. Also, if there are several things, they do scratch this item off, initial it, and return that receipt along with a new exchange receipt.

What notebook app that uses a stylus? I could definitely use that!

I've been an Apple guy since 1985 (Apple's very first Macintosh). I've had all of their hand-held devices (toys) but could never justify spending money on their pricey laptops. Right now I have an iPad2 and my work gave me an iPhone4 that I love, and I'm fully immersed in iTunes.

I pre-ordered my N7 the day after it was announced. I bought a Kindle Fire three weeks previously and I didn't like it so I got my money back and put it on the N7. I got the N7 for five reasons: 1) I'm a Google fan; 2) I like the size of the N7; 3) The price; 4) It had excellent reviews; and 5) I wanted an Android device to play around with (bored with Apple's OS). Other than I have some persistent problems with the touch screen not responding (buttons don't respond at times, can't get the screen to scroll up or down at times on any part of the screen), I love the N7. I push the power button on and off quickly and that takes care of the screen hang-up. I'm hoping a future OS update will eventually correct this. I don't think Google/Asus would give me a new unit at this point since I've had it for over 4 weeks.

As far as I'm concerned the N7 is a mini iPad -- which I know Apple is working on, but it will be pricey and I already have an iPad.

The Nexus 7 has the worst quality build of any tablet I've owned. Ever. And please stop calling it early adopter, new technology, blah blah blah. There are plenty of 7" tablets on the market with zero build quality problems compared to this piece of junk.

I love the tablet but I'm on my 20th defective one now. I think I said at my 10th I was giving up but hey, maybe Google will wake up if people keep sending the crap back in excessive extreme out of total proportion numbers.

20??? I don't buy that. I think most people would give up and throw in the towel on the third failed device then get something else. Why would you go to 20? Sounds goofy.

I was wondering when someone would call him on that nonsense about walmart keeping receipts. He is a lousy liar

I wouldn't go that far... When I took back my second one this morning, they were willing to "issue" a device, open it, if defective, exchange it. That included all of their devices. They had one on the shelf left, and some in the security stock room. I could have done the same thing and literally went through a handful devices in a very little time.

Not sure what all the fuss is about but this is one of the Smoothest tablets I've laid my hands on. No issues and should one arise it would simply be under warranty.

Well back to the fun!

Got my 16gb Nexus 7 in the first batch and have had zero issues. I absolutely love it and would recommend it to anybody looking for a tablet, it's a steal at the price.
