To enable mms on galaxy express

Tutorial says to enter information on the "edit access point" screen but where do I find the info Im to enter? Ie name, apn, proxy, port, server, mmsc, multimedia mssg proxy and port, mcc, mnc, authentication type,bearer, mobile virtual network operator. Bought phone thru SafeLink comparable phones site. Use Safelink service
