to much waiting causes reverse excitement level

I think they are worries about boards like this....if we go to another carrier our monthly check just went bye bye for at least one or two years...or more. They want to release the phone...but they cannot. Why? None of us really know...being too close to the Iphone makes some sense. I worry that they have a serious technical issue on the phone....(ex. You live in the 4G zome and the battery is cooked in three hours)...but who knows....

I am with the other posters....waiting patiently, but I am at least looking at other phones...June and July will be here quick..

it is evident, they dont give a **** about these forums. if they were paying attention to the forums, they would address this. Hell, they shouldnt have to follow these forums for one of the idiot big wigs to figure out that common sense would dictate a little communication with your subscribers goes a long way. all it would take is a tweet, facebook, etc. to say hey guys we are aiming for 24th, we are working out bugs in battery management or we are finishing final algorithms in battery management. Thank you for your patience, believe us we want it in your hands as much as you do or it will be well worth the wait. IT IS THAT SIMPLE!!!!!!!!!!

Yes it sucks, we aren't Verizon's focus. The iPoop got that, which regardless of my Android love was long over due for Verizon folks. And yes it bombed.

forums or not. it is just good business to keep people informed. if they had not said anything (coming sooner than expected), changed anything (february to soon), allowed the nations largest electronics wharehouse and arguably one of the largest mobile phone retailers to announce the 14th (if you think BB just pulled that out of their hat without any input or approval from VZW, you need help) and not come out and say anything as to why all of the confusion, its just bad business, period, forum or not. i know they dont OWE me anything, i just want to be treated like i am a valued customer and not a f@#king chump. i own my own business and i could never get away with this ****.

I don't think it bombed. It may not have sold as much as some people were anticipating, but regardless, Verizon broke all kinds of sales records just on the pre-orders alone. I'd hardly call that bombing a launch.

Verizon still has to answer to the analysts that pull the magic #'s out of their butts. If they don't meet what analysts expect their stock takes a dumper. That alone should be more reason to get the 4G LTE TB out the door, NOW.
