So, we are all well aware that synchronizing accounts, calendars, etc, can really drain the battery.
Since I am using push (MS Exchange) accounts for email is it really necessary to sync calendars and contacts throughout the day?
I am thinking that once or twice a day would probably be sufficient for calendar and contacts.
The reason I ask is because I did a factory reset today, restored everything using Titanium Backup (Awesome Tool, I must say) and by default my sync was turned off all morning, but I still received all my emails. I went to turn back on the sync and saw that for the Exchange accounts, I only had options to sync calendar and contacts.
What say you guys?
