Toggles on Pull Down

Is there a way to get the toggles on the MT? I had them for CM7 but after switching, cannot use them (as it is not an option in 2.2).
Is there a replacement available?

The app Widgetsoid can do this. It's not exactly the same as cm7 but it's similar.

Yes, the notification widgets.

I don't think you can add them without root access. Even then it needs to be built into the system just like Cyanogen Mod.
