I have seen toggles on amdroid phone like wifi 3g vibrate etc where u click thm and it turns the feature on and off green/red I think it was on the evo..where can I download/enable them

Closest thing is probably beautiful widgets. It gives you the SenseUI type clock/weather widget and toggle widgets

You can also check out Extended Controls in the market. It has tons of different toggles and allows you many different configurations to set them up as you like, you can choose to add just 1 or add a 1x4 widget with many different setting toggles.

I just found out there is a widget pre-built into android to do something like this... Long press on the home screen, select Widget, and then go down to Power Management. It will bring you a bar with five selections, wi-fi, GPS, backlight, synching, and something else... I found it to be super-useful, because I like to use wi-fi at home. Hope that also kind of helps...
