Toggling Widget

I want to toggle a widget when my wifi connects to my home network OR when GPS says I'm at home. I've researched this for 2 nights and have gotten nowhere. I've also bought Tasker but since I know little about it I don't know how to use it for this or if I need it for this.

Sorry, but can you clarify what it is that you want to do? Are you saying that you want your wi-fi to automatically turn on and connect to your home network when you're at home? If so, you could try Llama.

Phone already does that.

When the phone senses that I have connected to my my home wifi network I want it to toggle a widget to a Webdev server program turning it on.

This also could be when the phone senses I'm at home via GPS it toggles the same thing. Whichever one, no preference.
