that would be some kind of a$$ to sell the evo. google gave them away and now there all over ebay.sprint gave some away and well i didnt get one. at this point my $ is low and i really want this phone. if not from here then ill just have to upgrade to a hero. been holding out on upgrading my centro since December was almost going jump to att and get the iphone and i dont even like the apple but love the apps. then i got the rumors about the htc supersonic i think they changed the name to evo because of all the internet rumors talking about the supersonic. six months on hold for a new phone. and im hoping to win this one. but so are over 3000 other people. and i think i got better odd here then i did with sprint.

It seems to me that a lot've people made duplicate accounts just to go post in the thread. If you skim through 10 pages or so, 90 out of the 100 of the posts were made by someone with 1 post. I mean I'm sure some people legitimately only have one post because they don't like posting, but honestly, thats way too many one poster's for there not to be cheaters.

I know there are duplicates of people trying to increase their chances. If people spam those Zagg protectors surveys to get the 50% off with proxies then I know they've done the same here.

Sad thing is there is no way to prove it. And people know it.

I read the news on main page, but I don't have account yet. I create this account only for this contest.
In other hand, there is bunch of people who spam everywhere, make lots of post, and in my opinion it doesn?t mean that they are better or something like that.

I don't doubt that some are cheaters but I think there are many of us who will be new to the Android OS with our new Evos - hence our accounts are new and our posts are low. Maybe we need a "Will the Evo be your first Android?" poll?

The actual cost of the phone is the LEAST of the expense involved. If one can't afford the $150 after rebate to buy it off Sprint (after coupon) online how will they be able to afford the $79.95 + about $10 in taxes every month for 2 years ? That comes to around $2160.
