Too many contact deletes?

I have been in this situation before and here I am again but I don't remember how to fix it. I cleaned out my address book and now instead of the error message "too many contact deletes" it just tells me settings has stopped Arg. So I get an error everytime my phone syncs. I know the solution had to do with clearing the cache and data from one or two services but I don't remember which ones! It took me so long to research how to do it before... Kinda freaking out here. Please please help. And yes I have tried restarting my device and disabling and reenabling sync.

I had the page bookmarked before. Sorry. Just in case anyone else has this problem go into application manager/system apps/contafts storage and clear the data. Reboot and you should be good to go. Case solved.
