Hey,

A friend of mine got a galaxy tab 10.1 and loved the interface etc so I decided to take the plunge with ICS and install it onto my nook color. I have been on the kang cm7 for a while now and just wanted a change.

I got the rom from [UNOFFICIAL][ICS][NIGHTLIES] CM9/ICS Nightly Builds - xda-developers . Just put all of the stuff on the root of my sd card and crossed my fingers. Did both a nandroid backup and titanium backup.

All in all a real nice interface, smooth etc. So on to putting all my apps back on my nook color...easy right? No! I tried doing a restore from titanium backup but it hangs. Tried a whole bunch of times. So now I'm using titanium backup to manually restore each app and I'm getting rid of some along the way. I'll edit this post to say what works etc.

I'm still sitting with CM7.1, so haven't taken the plunge as yet. Was going to wait till Beta.

Will be interested to hear your further thoughts.

i am running ics and so far it doesn't seem to be there i have it with the supercharger and everything and it just feels laggy i am downgrading until it matures.

I went back to cm7 too...I was having touch screen not responding on some games and only a reboot helped. I also couldn't get over having to go into recovery to browse my sd via usb. Looked great but I'll wait for prime time.

You should be able to see the SD as a mounted drive in Windows. There is an "Android File Transfer" app for Macs.
