Also check in phone settings>display>status bar if they are toggled on for time ? And click icon manager see if clock is also toggled on View attachment 309519

I posted this issue on the OnePlus community thread as it's a major bug.
Basically if you have the notch disabled and flash to Android 10 beta then you will no longer be able to re-enable the notch.

I wonder if using an app like Nacho Notch could override that missing setting and get the status bar back. Or maybe make things worse.

I think I tried it but don't think it worked. Remember I was tips at the time

Sara do you have a 3rd party launcher like Nova ?

Go to phone settings >apps and notifications >default apps>home app tap , what is your options there?

Oh, sorry. Didn't see your reply back then. No I don't have.

They fixed this and the notification slider (didn't turn from silent to ring mode when sliding the slider) this patch, OP7_O2_BETA_5. All good now. Haven't tried to hide the notch again

EDIT: forgot that it doesn't show anything when screenshotting but anyway the hotbar and notch shows now
