Top notifications not going away

I have this problem with a few of my apps, mainly WhatsApp and Twitter.

I get the usual icon in the top right saying there is a new message or a tweet is favourited by someone.

When I got and read the message the notification icon does not go. I open and close WhatsApp and the conversation and the notification does not go.

The notification has gone from my lock screen and notification drop down draw.

I have attached an image showing i have a favourited tweet and I have opened Twitter a number of times.

It is frustrating.

What is that circled-82 at the top left? A battery monitor or weather app?

Try disabling it and see if the notification issues go away.

It is a power saver. Been on before problem

I say it again: I don't know why people continue to use Light Flow. All you need to do is to check the user feedback to see it is highly problematic...

I have used it for a while and on my m8 with no issues. This was the problem though and it is all done.
