I have a new HTC1x and have lost the volume when getting calls,no incoming or outgoing volume . Any ideas please.:'(

Go to Settings - Sound - Volumes and check the volume level for Ringtone & Notifications
Or, Settings - Sound - Sound Profile - set to Normal

Does the volume work for your music?

If not you may have a faulty device this happened to me had to swap it
