Total call duration does not match the call log

[Android Central Question]

I went to the call settings and I reset the total call duration to 0.00 for everything. I only talked to one person that day a few different times. The call log was checked that night and the times are different. On the total call duration it shows me talking more minutes than I really did. It's done this before on another phone and i dont know why the time amounts dont match up. Please help its causing a huge problem because it's making it look like I'm deleting calls when I'm not.

You can try clearing data,cache,force stop the phone app see if it corrects it . Start with this first .
