The menu folders button seems to appear the only light to be lit and not the back button. I was wondering if I could fix this or not, I can't really open the phone so... Does any one know to fix this?
This was probably when I dropped it in the sink but only minimal amount of water touched it, please help if you guys know!

Welcome to Android Central! That's the Recent Apps button. Fixing that would require someone to open the phone up. If there has been water exposure, there is probably a water exposure indicator inside the phone that would be positive, so chances are that warranty wouldn't cover it.

Ahhh, hmm... So I can't fix this on my own? And would it be claimed to be damaged if I have the NEXT plan on my carrier?

I'm not sure about how the Next plan would be affected--there's probably something in the fine print addressing it.

Who knows, maybe the water exposure sticker is negative, and this wasn't related to the moisture. You could always try to get it repaired under warranty--or see if the store will give you a replacement.

I have a one week old galaxy s6. The Recent Apps key illuminates and works fine. The Back Key works functionally, but it does not illuminate. I have had no water damage or drops of any kind. My research suggests it's a hardware problem. Have you seen this before? Is there a fix?
