Touch Key Light

Any suggestions on how time get this feature to work? I've adjusted the screen settings, turned off the feature, booted the tablet, etc., with no luck.

This function, the one theft illuminates the back arrow and recently opened buttons on either side of the home button.

What does or does not happen? Does they stay on, never come, or is the timing at fault. I just played and changed from short 1.5 (which was working - went off quickly), to 6 seconds - stayed on longer. Turned them off and they stayed off and now they are ON Permanently and they are still on and on.....

Back to 1.5 and off they went.

They don't respond at all. I placed my tab 2 and GN 3 side by side thinking I'd made a misstep. The other two work fine. I guess it's down to a faulty device???

It is the power saving feature. If you click the regular one, not the ultra, it de-energizes the touch Key lights.
