Touch Keys FW update not opening

[Android Central Question]

Hello,

My softkey are not working - I've read that you can try and update 'Touch Keys FW '. However, when I dial *#*#2663#*#* or *#2663# it does not open the menu that would allow me to update the Touch Keys. I have a Z5 compact (android 7.1.1) does any one know how to access the panel?
