Touch problem on redmi 4x

I have redmi 4x the issue.
Is sensitivity is low and i need to press a bit higher finger force to respond using without tempered glass and tempered glass no major difference my android based Nougat and miui 9.1.1.0 (stable) please help me.

Welcome to Android Central! Just to be clear -- there is no screen protector at all, right? You only mentioned tempered glass, and there are non-glass screen protectors available.
