Have the Tab s9+

My touch screen freezes often... I can open the app switcher and choose the app I was viewing, and it unfreezes. Any ideas? I have the latest firmware. Thanks!

Welcome to Android Central!

You'll probably want to start with the big 3, from easiest to more time consuming. First try safe mode, then if that doesn't work move on to a cache partition wipe... and if those don't help finally a factory reset.

That sounds like an update issue unfortunately... have you did any security or Android version updates recently?

What launcher are you using (OneUI, Nova, Microsoft Launcher)?

Clear app cache for whichever launcher you are using.
Wipe cache partition

I use Microsoft Launcher and occasionally, I have the same problem, on both my Tab S9 and S22 Ultra.

Recently, both Samsung and Google have been pushing a bunch of app updates via their respective stores.

Ugh. I have the same issue with my new tab. I never had problems like this with my Tab S7plus.
