Hi
I'm kind of new to this forum thing so sorry if I do something weird or wrong.
I just got a brand new Galaxy Note 3 two days ago at the t-mobile store and was super excited about it. However, ever since the first day, I noticed a problem. The phone was working perfectly fine, but all of a sudden, while playing the game "Dots" the touch screen wouldn't work. I thought it was frozen, but the bottons on the bottom and sides of the phone worked perfectly fine and the phone responded perfectly fine as well. Just the touch scren stil wont work. But then I found that after locking and then unlocking my phone, the touchscreen worked perfectly fine. However, thsi continuted to happen a few times that day, and a few times the next day. Every time, it was while playing some sort of game (don't recall it ever happening while browsing and stuff). Also, all the apps are updated and I have no cases of any sort. What could be the problem and how can I fix this? Also, would it just be better to get a new one with my warranty? (would the warranty even work with stuff like this?) Or would factory reseting it do the trick (Although I would preferably not do this, but willing to if it will fix the problem)?
Thanks!
