touch screen responsivness

Is anyone having responsiveness issues with their touchscreen while using the keyboard or playing games. Im noticing a little lag or no response at all with certain things. Could this be a software bug?

I've felt that too sometimes. It only happens occasionally to me, but it does seem to happen.

mine seems to be occasionally as well which is leading me to believe its software related.
