Touch Screen Way Sensitive - Can it be Decreased?

Just got my Fascinate today. Slightest touch activates apps. Can the sensitivity be decreased? Also, after I hang up from a call the screen goes dark. Can I prevent this? When I get a notification sound that I've received new mail, the icons for my email accounts don't change to let me know which account got the new email. Also, there doesn't seem to be a different sound for email vs. text messages. Thanks for any help on these questions.

capacitive screens dont have a way to "calibrate" or adjust screen sensitivity, you just get used to them

notification sounds are the same you can try and search the market to see if their is an app that allows you to set different sounds. Use the device for awhile and you will get used to the screen sensitivity.

Before you try the market, try this:. In each application press the menu button, then go to settings. You should be able to set individual sounds for email, then text, etc. You just need to do it from within each app. Hope that helps.
