Touchwiz Frakked!

Somehow I screwed up my Touchwiz launcher. I tried to install a different version and was messing around with Titanium Backup, I dont know what I did and now its all messed up. How can I restore the stock version of Touchwiz? I have already downloaded the original files and I am rooted. I need to re-install the original apk (I have it) but don't know how. Please help.

can't you just overwrite the files to replace the screwed up apk on your sd card?

Oh shoot, that's right. Maybe you could root it? There are some apps that can access deep files, but they only work with root.
