Touchwiz pop up has stopped

Mine samsung note 3 pop up touchwiz stopped when using any app whatever like messenger,facebook,messages,gmail,settings.. even when im in himescreen pop up 5min every minute. Factory reset didnt help,clear cache touchwiz dont help. Reinstall software dont help. Btu region i tried, and seb. On two softwares the same issue!!!
