The difference is that the Galaxy Nexus (with ICS) has the "stock" Android UI, not the TouchWiz UI, even though it's a Samsung phone.

This Skyrocket with ICS has Samsung's TouchWiz UI, so it's obviously going to look like any other version of Android with the TouchWiz UI.

The differences in ICS are not all cosmetic, you know.
