Tracing a call or SMS Message

I'm looking for an app that can show for both incoming and outgoing calls / SMS the route it has taken by cell site / location. Does anything like this exist for Android?

I'll bet the NSA is running it 24/7. But for you and me, naaah, I don't think anything like that is available.

The carriers have it, just thought with all the technology around some one would have had one that was in the public domain. Can fault a guy for asking though.

I hadn't found an app that can show for both incoming and outgoing calls / SMS yet, but I will find one in the future.
