Trade in email from Samsung

Yes, I received my email on Sept 6 and on Sept 9 for both my watch and Flip 4.
 
This is what I got today after they had mine for 16 days

I received both email and text two days ago. Took it a little bit longer than usual. They had it for 12 business days to evaluate.
 
I have not received a notification yet and it has been 11 days since they received it. I have received my points in the shop though.
 
I traded in a 3 year old Ticwatch Pro and just received my email that it was accepted. Got the full $75. Plus I got the $50 credit. I used it to buy a case protector and charging brick.

I sometimes think they take longer on the ones that send their trade ins in right away. I think they try to get past the return window so if they reject the trade in you can't return the device.

That's my conspiracy theory on trade in with Samsung. Doubt it's true, but possible.
 
They notified me via email on 9/6 that they had received my trade-in GW4 Classic, but I have yet to receive ANY further communication from them about the Trade-In.
 
Nope didn't think to take videos ugh. Yes factory reset performed for sure.
They rejected mine after I did a factory reset. I spoke with them in chat told them that I did do a factory reset and thatit was the beta software that was on it. They reversed it and gave me my trade in credit.

Glad u got it sorted out , I always wonder what would they say with beta software installed
