Trade in prices

Also if same as previously you save on taxes as well with trade in .. unlike BestBuy and carriers ...so if you get $600 trade in and phone is $1100 you pay taxes on the new $500 ... adds value

Yeah exactly this, one more advantage going with Samsung. And add to that you can use the work/student discount at Samsung.com

I wonder what I'd get for my Note 10? Don't really use the Spen and the damn thing is huge in my pocket. Then again I might do better just selling it and purchasing the s20+

Just a guess but I'd say $500-$600

$550 minimum but most likely $600-$650 for pre order or reservations

IDK, the more I hear the more I'm leaning towards just waiting for the pixel 4a instead. It sound alike it will have the 765 and a flat screen compared to the curved screen of the S20. IDK, I've never liked the curved display but I want a more versatile camera.

Also if you have Samsung points you can use those as well...
My current Samsung points

Also, if you are a Federal employee, Samsung offers a discount as well!

Guessing 600 but hoping for 700. I think they did 700 for the note 10 release didn't they?

Samsung did 600.00 plus gift, think Microsoft store did 650 or 700
Microsoft did $650. That was the highest I believe, didn't see $700 anywhere.

We will see $650 for the S20 trade in as well from Samsung or some other retailer. $700 will be a nice surprise but doubt it.

Yeah if they can match 600 be great , dont think it will be higher.

I usually do my upgrade through Best buy bc as long as the phone turns on you get the credit. I wouldn't mind trying Samsung but I fear they'd find something wrong even tho my note 10+ is in mint condition. With my s9 purchase I got 600 for an old beat up s7 active I had laying around with a bad screen from Best buy so I've been going with them since.

They have been doing fine in terms accepting trade in without any issues for the past couple of releases. Earlier there were horror trade in stories but now looks like Samsung has been on top of it and is a pretty straight forward trade in process with quick acceptance after they receive trade in. Generally you get trade in accepted email within a week after they receive the phone.

I had zero issues with my trade in last year. Even took a video of me putting the phone in the box just incase.

Man, with the s20 pricing hope the trade in is really good, if not I'll stick to my note 10+ for a while.
