Which do you use to return your trade, do you use the one that came with the new phone or do you download from the Samy site ?

It shouldn't matter since both should be the same return authorization. They are just making it convenient by including the trade-in label in the delivery box.

And I confirmed as well that both are the same: the one included in the box and the one downloaded from the Samsung site.

If the one in the box is the same one on the Samsung link, I don't see any issue. I would verify before sending it out. I was surprised Samsung did this.

They've been doing this for a few phone models. I know the S25 has the return slip included, I noticed it after I printed one out.

This is my first time seeing the pre-printed returns. And I purchased all of my phones that way.
