Trade in Silver HTC one for Stealth Black?

Does anyone know if it is possible to trade in my silver htc one for a black one, and how i would go about doing so. I heard there are defects in the silver one and i also think the black one just looks nicer...

It depends on what you mean by trade it in. If purchased through your carrier and you are within the 14 day trial period you should be able to trade it for a black one but a restocking fee may apply. If you are outside of that window the only thing you really could do is either sell yours and purchase a black one, or search craigslist for someone wanting to trade.

I've had to replace 2 Ones in the 4 months I've owned it. Both silver. Upon calling in to AT&T the second time, they actually asked if I would pike silver or black. I just received the black today, and it looks a million times better in my opinion. The silver was great with hiding scratches and still looked brand new weeks later. Only time will tell with the black.
