Trade in successful ?

You inspired me to contact them and I got a similar message in the chat and then an email shortly thereafter. My trade in got to them on September 2nd.

Thanks everyone! I ended up doing the same through chat and they immediately pushed my trade thru. Rep said that if it's past 7 business days, they will push it thru per a request. Good to know for the future.

Oh I get it but I also had them say 7 to 10 days instead of the 3 to 7 like the email states.

I'm waiting on an answer for the trade-in for my new z flip 4.. I shipped it out Saturday and I just got the received it so hopefully a couple days to process my trade-in successful

2 weeks later I finally got an email today that it was successful.. I was giving myself till Friday to call them as I was waiting patiently lol

So how many of you had your trade-in be successful? Mine.was received over a week ago but I still haven't got confirmation of it being a successful trade in. Starting to get a little nervous here since I traded in two devices totaling up $1,600

I'm shocked. Samsung got my trade in yesterday and sent me email this morning saying it's been approved. Maybe their catching up?

When you check your order status, does it say that the device is in DEVICE TRIAGE? Chat with them and ask them for a status and what's the hold up. Maybe they'll approve it manually.

Got my trade in approved notification on 10/1 after having shipped the trade in on 9/13.
