Sent back my S10 for trade in yesterday.

Something got lost in translation here as I'm pretty sure it doesn't weigh 45 lbs Screenshot_20200307-062517_FedEx.jpeg

Mine has been sitting in fort Worth since Sunday.

Could have been delivered yesterday.

Mine is on FedEx truck for delivery today. Dropped off my Note 10 for trade in last Thursday.

Best Buy gave me $700 trade in credit for my Note 10+ when I picked up my unlocked phone on Launch Day :) no worrying at all at being lost in transit or possibly getting denied (which probably won't happen - I didn'y have any issues with my last few Samsung trade ins)...

Small solace for not getting my ultra 2 days early or my freebies with phone if I had ordered from Samsung (but at least I got the Best Buy reward zone points)...

The only bad thing with that is if you end up not liking the phone you aren't able to get your old one back.

I had two trade ins, and they were delivered yesterday. Samsung sent email that they had been received and that techs would check them out in the next few days.

I sent back a Pixel 4 today. Took a bunch of photos before sending it back just in case... They are giving me $600 (so they say) for it. It's a Pixel 4, non XL and the 64GB version.

I am skeptical so we will see how it plays out. Phone was in brand new condition so I hope there are no issues...

Correct. If you do return it you get $340 from Best buy. $360 is promotional credit and you get none of that it you return it.

I prefer having a couple days to use new phone before giving up the trade in, you never know if you're going to like it or not.

Alright got an email from Samsung as well that they have received the trade in and within 3-7 business day they will let me know.

Does it have to go back in the same box? Don't recall where I put it. It doesn't need battery labels or anything like that? I have the box from the charge pack if it needs battery labels

I just used the same box the Ultra came in and it's going via FedEx ground. Don't think it matters if the box has battery label or not. Even if it's needed FedEx should put that when you drop off but I don't think they care.
